Over the years, we have witnessed many churches fighting the battle alone.  We label ourselves “Independent” or “Non-Denominational” churches. The concept sounds good.  But really, being alone and doing our own thing gets lonely.

We are all for independent vision for local churches.  Each church or ministry should have a vision or mission the Lord has given them and they need to run with it!  We have seen Fellowships rise up and take our individual identity away.  We try to run with someone else’s vision and drop our own to become a part of a bigger one.  Discouragement or failure almost always occurs.  Why?  Because the vision is not ours.  It’s another man’s vision.

Our purpose for A.C.T.S. is to be a vessel of help, assistance and encouragement to local and international churches, pastors and leaders.  We offer relationships, opportunities and networking possibilities.  We also help struggling churches see the building blocks that they may be missing and assist in putting them in place.

Our Fellowship is here to help you be successful, not to build our success on you.  But as we give you help to succeed, we as a Fellowship will also succeed because that is our vision to fulfill!

Another aspect of our ministry is personal ministry to missionaries, pastors and their families who become disillusioned with ministry or who may be tired or burnt out.  We also have a burden to help those in ministry that have failed marriages or family problems.  We want to help get those fellow servants restored spiritually, emotionally, and back into active ministry, if that is where God is calling them.

We have prayed for years for a facility where they could come free of charge, stay as long as they need to and get help.  Please pray with us for this, as it is much needed in the body of Christ.  The Lord’s army is the only one that does not take the responsibility to help heal their own soldiers. This needs to change. We would like to be part of that change.  

A.C.T.S. is a “Great Commission” centered ministry because of its Evangelism, Church Planting, Training and Missions focus.

If you are looking for financial support, you would probably be better served in a larger Fellowship.  Being a small Fellowship the main support you will receive from us is in intimacy of relationship and networking possibilities (perhaps partnering you with an individual, church or ministry that will help support a specific project of  yours).

STATEMENT OF FAITH

The Scriptures.  The Bible is the Inspired, Infallible Word of God.  His Word governs our doctrine and conduct.

The Godhead.  Our God is One, but manifested in three persons: the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit.

Man, His Fall and Redemption.  Though we are created in the image of God, through Adam’s fall, sin entered the World.  Thus, all are in need of God’s Salvation.

Eternal Life and New Birth.  Godly sorrow with repentance brings one to salvation through Christ resulting in eternal life.

Water Baptism, is a direct command of our Lord and is done by immersion.  This is for believers only.

Baptism in the Holy Spirit It is received upon the acceptance of Christ as promised by the Lord Jesus.

Sanctification is a definite, progressive work of grace in the believer’s life.

Divine Healing is wrought by the power of God through the prayer of faith.  It is provided in the atonement of Christ and available for all believers.

Resurrection of the Just & Second Coming of Christ.  Both are taught in the Word of God.

Hell & Eternal Retribution.  The one who dies in his sins without Christ is eternally lost and is damned for eternity.

Communion (The Lord’s Supper).  We partake of the Lord’s Supper to show the Lord’s Death until He comes.  This symbolizes the broken body and shed blood of our Lord Jesus, which provides forgiveness and a relationship with God.

MAINTAINING A CORRECT BALANCE

A correct balance of prayer, deep commitment to God, vision, relationships and structure are adhered to in individual and corporate commitments to fulfilling the “Great Commission”.
