We are a Fellowship formed to help Churches, Ministries and Leaders network together, built upon personal relationships. Using our God given gifts to help one another to achieve the vision God has given you.

A.C.T.S. is a “great commission” centered ministry because of its evangelism, church planting, training and mission focus.

Vision Statement

Vincent Lucian

Vincent has undergone diverse experiences of over thirty five years of ministry. He has a strong apostolic gift that has been proven. His vision is to see ministers come together in a team effort through networking to accomplish the great commission by using their God given gifts together through relationships to build His kingdom.

Through his accomplishments in church planting, being a pastor, establishing bible training schools and helping to establish mission works in various parts of the world he desires to assist others to accomplish their visions.

He has fathered many sons and daughters throughout the years.
